As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales and marketing teams operational efficiency, data analysis, and campaign execution. Your primary focus will be on ensuring seamless marketing operations, enabling the team to drive revenue growth and customer engagement.Responsibilities:Marketing Automation: Help create, manage and optimize marketing automation platforms to streamline lead generation, email marketing, and campaign workflows.Data Analysis: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel) to track marketing performance metrics, such as lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.Campaign Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, events, and content marketing.Project Management: Coordinate marketing projects, ensuring timely completion, and effective resource allocation.Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance marketing efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness.Budget Management: Assist in managing marketing budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness.Team Support: Provide operational support to the sales and marketing teams, including content calendar management, asset organization, and campaign asset creation.Technology Management: Administer and optimize marketing technology stack, including integrations and troubleshooting.Data Quality: Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across marketing systems and tools.Compliance: Maintain knowledge of industry regulations and ensure marketing operations comply with legal requirements.Qualifications:2+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or a related field broadband marketing experience a preferenceExperience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, Calix)Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent project management and organizational skillsStrong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Skills:Experience in the broadband industryAdvanced knowledge of Calix Engagement CloudExperience with marketing budget managementPay range and compensation packageCompetitive SalaryHealth, Dental, and Vision InsurancePaid Time Off & HolidaysContinuous Learning OpportunitiesFree Tuition at a local leading universityEmployee Discounts on Internet ServicesFree swagEqual Opportunity Statement:SP Broadband is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
