This individual will be a key partner to senior stakeholders, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, managing complex calendars, coordinating travel and events, and acting as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, professional, and eager to grow within a dynamic organization.Key ResponsibilitiesManage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for internal and external engagements.Arrange and manage detailed travel plans including flights, accommodations, and itineraries for domestic and international trips.Prepare, synthesize, and organize materials for meetings, events, and presentations.Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders; maintain a high level of professionalism in all communications.Monitor and respond to emails on behalf of senior leaders, ensuring timely and appropriate follow-ups.Coordinate and support office operations and cross-functional initiatives.Prepare and process expense reports in compliance with company policies.Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure alignment and execution of executive priorities.Track and manage deadlines, action items, and priorities across multiple workstreams.Support leadership team with special projects and administrative tasks as needed.Required Qualifications3-8 years of experience supporting senior executives in a corporate environment.Demonstrated experience in calendar management and travel coordination for senior leadership.Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Experience working cross-functionally and interacting with senior stakeholders.Strong business acumen and desire to understand executive priorities and organizational goals.High proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Proactive problem-solver with strong time management and decision-making abilities.Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree preferred.Experience supporting global calendars across multiple time zones.Experience working in an AI start-up, digital transformation, or engineering services company.
