Senior Director of Dental Services

The Sr. Director of Dental Services reports to the CEO, leading the clinical aspects of the oral health program to ensure high-quality, accessible care. Responsible for managing clinical protocols, staff supervision, quality initiatives, and departmental budgeting. Must be a licensed DDS/DMD in Nebraska with at least 5 years of leadership experience, familiar with healthcare models like PCMH and FQHC. Ensures compliance with standards from agencies like Joint Commission and CMS, overseeing quality assurance and patient safety. Develops policies, manages staff performance, and fosters collaborative team culture. Provides regular clinical reports to the Board and leads quality improvement efforts. Additional requirements include strong analytical, communication, and project management skills, with occasional travel. Full-time position with benefits, working primarily weekdays in person.
