Perhaps warehousing experience, including shipping and receiving? Are you willing to operate material handling equipment including a forklift, skid steer, and other equipment? Are youself-motivated and customer-focused? If so, wed like to hear from you!General Purpose and Scope of Position:Assist in all aspects of plant operations and warehouse operations duties. To include but not limited to; stocking and retrieving package and bulk containers, forklift and general housekeeping. The role requires strong mechanical ability and aptitude. Must enjoy working with a diverse customer base in a fast-paced setting.Key Skills and Abilities Include:Willingness to actively engage in good housekeeping and safety practicesWillingness to operate equipment including a forklift, front-end loader, and railcar mover, as requiredAbility to frequently climb ladders, work from heights and lift or move up to 100 lbs. while working in a non-climate controlled and often dusty environmentGood math and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple assignmentsAbility to read, write and speak the English language fluently.Willingness to work overtime hours during busy seasonsHigh School Diploma or equivalentKey Personal Attributes Include:An individual with a high level of integrity, who will represent the company wellMaintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all timesEnjoys and embraces a diverse/variety of job duties and responsibilitiesA person should be versatile, flexible, and willing to work weekends and holidaysCan effectively multi-taskAbility to work and contribute to a team with a positive attitude and outlookRequires excellent interpersonal skills between both customers and fellow employeesOn-time and prepared for work assignmentsSpecific Responsibilities and Key Deliverables Include:Assist with the movement of bulk fertilizer on trucks and railcarsMaintain facility cleanliness and upkeepAssist with repair, maintenance, and safety issues on all facility equipmentSafely operate equipment, including railcar mover, front-end loader, and forklift, as requiredSecure facility at the end of each dayWear proper safety equipmentReport any damage or issues with equipment to the manager immediatelyComplete required training and attend required safety meetingsAll other duties as assignedCompensation and Benefits:In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $17.64 - $23.54 per hour.
