As we continue to scale our e-commerce and retail operations, we are looking for a Warehouse Lead to oversee and support day-to-day fulfillment functions at our Hawthorne, CA warehouse.Position * The Warehouse Lead will play a key role in managing e-commerce order fulfillment and operational flow. This person must be experienced with Shopify and ShipStation, highly organized, and confident in leading a small warehouse team. The role includes hands-on fulfillment responsibilities alongside leadership and backend operations work.*Oversee and participate in daily picking, packing, and shipping of e-commerce ordersEnsure accuracy, speed, and quality across all outgoing shipmentsManage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checksUtilize Shopify, ShipStation, and WMS tools to manage workflowsIdentify opportunities to improve systems or processes and support implementationTrain and guide warehouse associates on best practices and standard operating proceduresCoordinate with the broader team on product launches, shipping timelines, and customer service issuesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environmentRequired *Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse leadership or fulfillment roleProficiency in Shopify (required) and ShipStationExperience working with or implementing WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a small teamExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailComfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environmentAbility to lift boxes and work on your feet throughout the shiftTech-savvy and proactive in identifying and implementing operational improvementsPreferred *Experience in apparel, streetwear, or e-commerce fulfillmentFamiliarity with system integration and tech optimization in a warehouse setting**$25-$30/hour depending on experiencePart-time role, Monday through Friday
