Position OverviewUltimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Temporary Sr. Administrative Assistant to join a prestigious client in Palmdale, California. This full-time position is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, executive-facing environment and is looking to contribute significantly to day-to-day operations. ResponsibilitiesProvide high-level administrative support to senior leadership and staff.Coordinate complex scheduling, organize internal and external meetings, and manage travel arrangements.Maintain a professional, organized, and efficient office environment.Perform data entry and document management with a high level of accuracy.Reconcile expense reports and assist with basic accounting and payroll tasks.Act as a liaison between departments and external contacts, maintaining professional communication.Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.Support project teams by tracking progress, organizing documentation, and following up on tasks.Manage vendor relationships and office supply inventory.Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Qualifications2+ years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a corporate or legal setting.Experience with ADP or other payroll/accounting systems (preferred but not required).Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and comfort with learning new technologies.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.Experience working with executives or C-suite personnel.Background or education in paralegal studies or legal administration (a plus, not required).Bachelors degree required.Required Work Hours8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - FridayBenefitsThe position offers competitive hourly compensation between $21 and $25 per hour.Additional DetailsThis role requires a tech-savvy individual who is proactive, highly organized, and adept at managing multiple priorities.
