If you're someone who thrives in a multifaceted role, this is a great opportunity to grow and contribute to exciting campaigns and daily operations.Key *Marketing SupportDevelop compelling and strategic marketing proposals and presentationsConduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviors to inform marketing strategiesPerform media outreach and manage relationships with media contactsDevelop and manage media plans and ad placements across multiple channelsCreate media presentations highlighting opportunities or paid media placementsCreate and schedule engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Linkedin to boost brand visibility, engagement and advertising effortsContact vendors and partners to request pricing, negotiate terms and gather quotes to support campaign executionSupport marketing campaigns and special projects as needed*Marketing experience ideally in real estate development, and/or high-end luxury brandsProficiency with macOS and Google workspace requiredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProactive problem solver with strong critical thinking skillsComfortable working independentlyStrong organizational skills and attention to detailComfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with design and marketing tools a plus (Powerpoint, Adobe InDesign, Canva, etc)Experience in running paid advertising campaigns a plusA can-do attitude, friendly demeanor, and collaborative spiritOpportunity for growth and skill developmentSupportive, creative team environmentRemote work FridaysFriday summer hoursBenefits include health insurance, dental/vision, PTO, 401K programTo ***Submit resume via Linkedin.
