This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of a growing practice that values professionalism, teamwork, and career development.The Litigation Paralegal will play a crucial role in supporting attorneys throughout the litigation process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with legal standards. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of litigation procedures and demonstrate proficiency in managing personal injury cases.Assist in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions by organizing case files and evidence.Conduct thorough document reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness of legal documents.Manage legal case files and utilize case management software efficiently.Draft, proofread, and edit legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.Maintain communication with clients, witnesses, and experts as needed to facilitate case progress.Coordinate and manage court filings, ensuring deadlines are met and procedural requirements are satisfied.Provide general administrative support to attorneys and legal teams as required.Minimum of 7 years of litigation paralegal experience, with a focus on personal injury cases.Proficiency with legal research tools and case management software.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.Associate's degree or Paralegal Certificate required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
