Sample Coordinator

Our client, an American retailer that owns and operates 4 brands that are well known, is looking for someone to join their team as a Sample Coordinator in Lower Manhattan, New York.This is an 8 month W2 contract with benefits offered!In this role, you will support the public relations team by assisting with day to day sample trafficking, inventory tracking and in office organization.What You Will Be DoingManage the intake, tracking, and return of PR samplesMaintain an organized and up-to-date sample closetInput sample requests with Distribution CenterCollaborate with Store teams and PR Specialist to assist with coordinating store pullsSupport inventory logging and database upkeepAssist with office organization and supply maintenance with Building OperationsSupport with media image requests as neededRequired Skills & Experience Bachelors degreeExperience in fashion PR or a sample management Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint experience Motion Recruitment Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/vets.
