Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Litigation Paralegal to support our trial attorneys in a dynamic personal injury practice. The ideal candidate will have experience handling cases involving trucking accidents, construction site injuries, premises liability, and product liability.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct support to trial attorneys throughout all phases of litigationDraft legal documents, including correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests/responses, and various motionsMonitor and manage discovery deadlines and ensure timely production of materialsServe as a primary liaison between the firm, clients, and medical providersMaintain and manage both pre-litigation and litigation case filesConduct thorough reviews and analysis of case materials and medical recordsQualificationsBachelors Degree preferred3+ years of civil litigation experienceStrong understanding of litigation procedures and personal injury lawExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines effectivelyExperience with client communication and case management systems preferred
