Executive Administrative Assistant - Corporate HR SupportLocation: Onsite in Burbank, CA (Mon-Thurs) | Remote on FridaysPay: $28-$35/hour (W2) | 3-Month ContractEmployment Type: Contract (W2 through Russell Tobin)Russell Tobin is excited to support a global leader in the media and entertainment industry in hiring an Executive Administrative Assistant to join a dynamic Corporate Human Resources team. This fast-paced and highly visible department supports some of the most creative and strategic minds in the business. If youre a relationship-builder, a calendar ninja, and a master of discretion, this is an opportunity to shine behind the scenes at a company that shapes culture and brings joy to audiences around the world.In this role, you'll provide direct administrative support to a Vice President and three Directors, helping manage the day-to-day flow of operations. Youll also collaborate across departments and be the go-to person for everything from travel and meeting logistics to onboarding and team morale.Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary administrative support for senior HR leadersManage multiple complex calendars with changing prioritiesCoordinate high-volume meetings, video calls, and conference roomsPrepare detailed multi-city travel itineraries with foresight for logisticsProcess expense reports and maintain department supplies and purchase ordersDraft internal communications, reports, and summariesAssist with onboarding and serve as a helpful guide for new employeesCollaborate on event planning, from executive offsites to internal celebrationsMaintain confidentiality in handling sensitive informationBe proactive, professional, and approachable in all internal interactionsWhat We're Looking For:5+ years supporting Director-level or above (corporate or entertainment experience a plus)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills and detail orientationHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Experience using SAP, SharePoint, Concur, or similar platformsAbility to stay composed under pressure and manage shifting prioritiesA team-first attitude - ready to partner with other admins and support staffSomeone who asks smart questions, takes initiative, and always follows throughNice to Haves:Experience supporting leaders in a large, publicly traded organizationBackground in entertainment, media, or HR functionsBachelor's degreeAdditional Details:This position is onsite Monday-Thursday at the Burbank campus; remote on FridaysCandidates must be based in the greater Los Angeles area and available to work onsite as requiredPride Global offers eligible employees comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance and employee discounts with preferred vendors.
