Customer Service Representative (Non-Call Center)Hardware Manufacturing$20.00 per hourTemp to Hire Monday-Friday, 8:00am- 4:30pm Lewis Center, Ohio (onsite)What you'll be **· Assist customers, provide information as it pertains to products, place orders, maintain and ship orders by performing the following *o Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in persono Responsible for the maintenance and accuracy of customer information in Dynamics AXo Enter, edit, confirm, and expedite orders as necessaryo Provide customers with pricing and availability of productso Issue return number when necessaryo Communicate and process customer complaints following internal standards· Manage difficult or emotional customer situations· Respond promptly to customer needs· Solicit customer feedback to improve services· Respond to requests for service and assistance and meet commitmentsWho we're looking ****· Ability to understand and follow basic instructions, short correspondence, and memos; communicate effectively in one-on-one and small group settings· Proficient in basic math, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals· Capable of solving practical problems with limited standardization; interpret written, oral, diagram, or schedule-based instructions· Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook· Communicate clearly in positive or negative situations, listen actively, ask for clarification when needed, and respond effectively to questions· Write and edit clearly, present data effectively, and interpret written information accurately· Work well both independently and in a team; contribute to building positive team spirit, provide and receive feedback, and prioritize team success· Treat others with respect, act with integrity, and uphold organizational values· Handle pressure tactfully, treat everyone with consideration, and accept responsibility for actions· Adapt to changing work environments and handle delays or unexpected events effectivelyPlease send qualified resumes to gmuarry@
