Retail Real Estate Broker - Long Island

In this role, you will be joining a top Long Island retail leasing team with a strong pipeline of business who will provide you with hands on industry experience. You will develop, cultivate, and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants. You will work alongside a Vice President, who is one of the top commercial real estate brokers on Long Island. Clients include well-known national and regional retailers as well as local retailers, restaurants, landlords and developers based on Long Island.You will navigate through transactions, from site selection to lease negotiation. Knowledge of the local Long Island market is a must, as the teams focus is Long Island Retail. Residential brokers looking to make a move into commercial real estate are welcome.
