We're passionate about promoting the Kenai Peninsula's beauty and building a creative, fun atmosphere with a young, driven team.Role OverviewAs a Part-Time Admin Assistant with a goal of full-time, you'll act as an executive assistant to Josiah Martin, taking over key operational tasks to streamline our wedding, video marketing, and web design projects. You'll manage Josiah's calendar, handle email inquiries, onboard and offboard clients, and coordinate production to ensure flawless delivery. With a passion for creative design and tech tools like ChatGPT and Zapier, you'll build automated systems, create Canva social media posts, and solve problems for "figure this out" tasks. Your adaptability and willingness to learn will support our team of editors and filmmakers in the office and drive Josiah's focus on filming and strategic growth. A performance bonus rewards closing high-margin projects, with potential to grow as the business expands.Key ResponsibilitiesTasks vary weekly, requiring adaptability to prioritize the most pressing needs (e.g., client onboarding, email responses, or production coordination).Executive Support and OperationsCalendar Management: Organize Josiah's schedule, book meetings, book travel.Email Management: Triage inbox, respond to inquiries (10-20/month, mostly weddings) using AI templates (Zapier, HubSpot), and escalate high-value leads to Josiah.Reactive Sales: Respond to cold calls/emails, create pitch decks, and close 1-2 weddings/quarter and 1-2 web projects; earn performance bonus on closed deals. $100-$400 per deal)System Building: Use ChatGPT and Zapier to automate email and systems, scheduling, and client tracking, with exceptional attention to detail.Client Onboarding and OffboardingWeddings: Onboard clients (contracts), streamline production (coordinate with Josiah, editors, filmmakers, production assistant), and offboard with video uploads, thank-you cards, and shipping.Strategic Video Marketing: Onboard business clients (gather assets, set goals), manage production, and offboard with marketing guides.Website Management: Onboard clients (copywriting and design for website), coordinate with web design team and offboard with site instructions and hosting options.Creative Design and MarketingCreate social media posts in Canva to promote our brand and for clients.Design pitch decks for client pitches, aligning with our cinematic style.Potentially assist with basic photo editing (e.g., wedding stills or corporate in Lightroom).Contribute creative ideas to enhance client deliverables and marketing.Project CoordinationStreamline production for weddings and video marketing (schedule shoots, track edits, ensure deadlines).Support office workflows for our team of editors and filmmakers, ensuring editing/design output during Josiah's paternity leave (August 25-September 20, 2025).Coordinate with production assistant, videographers, and external contractors.Problem-Solving and GrowthTackle "figure this out" tasks with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.Show willingness to learn new tools, processes, and responsibilities to support strategic growth.This Role May Not Be for You IfWe're looking for a proactive team member ready to thrive in a dynamic, growing business.
