SUMMARYWe are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our busy staffing office. The ideal candidate will assist with a variety of sales and administrative tasks that support our recruiting and client service efforts.RESPONSIBILITIESSupport onboarding tasks such as processing background checks, drug screens, employment and education verifications, and professional referencesConduct online research to identify new leads and enter accurate data into our CRM systemAssist with posting job openings, managing new requisitions, and reviewing incoming applicationsMaintain and update job boards to ensure active listings are current and optimizedProvide general administrative support for recruitment and client engagement activitiesAssist in planning and executing basic social media efforts for the companyServe as a backup for payroll processing as neededQUALIFICATIONSPrior administrative or assistant-level experience, preferably in staffing, HR, or sales supportStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExperience with CRM systems or applicant tracking systems is a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skillsComfortable working with sensitive and confidential informationProficient with Microsoft Office Suite and basic social media platformsWHAT'S IN IT FOR MEJoin a well-established and respected staffing agency with over 35 years of successBe part of a high-energy team that values collaboration and continuous improvementEnjoy a professional yet friendly environment with opportunities to learn and growContribute meaningfully to helping clients and candidates find their perfect match
