Sage Parts supplies replacement parts and accessories for all types and brands of GSE. Sage provides supply chain management, on site supply services, single source supply, logistics solutions, engineering solutions and other cost reduction programs.Job **2-4 years of GSE, automotive parts, or industrial parts experienceInside sales experience to assist in growth of assigned territory (YoY sales turnover, gross margin improvements)Development of open sales areaCall on potential customers to increase interest of Sage value addAbility to read and comprehend parts and service manualsStrong communications skillsTime management / follow up and prioritization skillsMust have strong customer service skillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Excel and WordMust have good analytical and writing skillsSpanish speaking a plusEssential *Handle inbound/outbound phone calls and email requests for quotes/ordersWarranty /returns processing and follow upWork with suppliers to provide technical support to internal/external customersWork with suppliers to help customers troubleshoot/diagnose warranty claimsSupport of assigned territory field salesperson(s) and their customersProvide written/verbal feedback to customer's inquiriesCall existing customers to promote new/additional businessFollow up with customers on quotes/orders dailyCustomer trainings of Sage's ecommerce solutionWorking *Work near/with othersDesk positionOccasional customer visitsSage Parts is an equal opportunity employer.
