Own the client experience - act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the estate planning and administration process, ensuring clarity, responsiveness, and a top-tier experienceLead client meetings with confidence, including document signings, funding discussions, and follow-ups, ensuring clients fully understand their plansManage estate planning, probate, and trust administration cases from start to finish with little to no directionDrafting base, advanced, and estate administration matters using WealthCounsel and internal templatesOwn Deed and LLC drafting, filing, and recording processesFunding clients estate plansPreparing clients estate planning portfolio bindersCreating diagrams and overviews of clients estate plansAssisting attorneys with high-net-worth and complex estate planning matters3+ years of experience as a paralegal, with a strong emphasis on client relationsSkilled in creating and presenting to clientsABA-approved paralegal certificate program such as an Associates degree or proprietary school program in paralegal studies, Bachelors degree desiredEstate Planning, WealthCounsel, and WealthDocx experience are bonusesStrong ability to communicate legal concepts clearly and confidently to clientsCandidates who have completed a paralegal professional certification or have advanced paralegal education will receive preferenceMust have strong interpersonal skills and talent for writing and grammarJob ** Estate Planning Paralegal**** Permanent** Primarily onsite with some flexibility for hybrid schedule on Fridays** $70k-$100kDetermining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individuals skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting.
