From corporate campuses to single sites, EFS provides a range of services that support mission-critical areas of financial services, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, transportation, and education sectors.Job Title: HR CoordinatorJob Summary:The Human Resources Coordinator aids and facilitates processes and procedures to effectively maintain the operation of the HR function. This role provides administrative support to HR functions including personnel file creation, transaction filing and record keeping, HRIS administration and data entry, answering general benefits questions and customer services.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Acts as a point of contact for associate questions (benefits, 401k, personal changes, etc.).Processes all hire, transfers, changes and terminations accurately into HRIS in a timely mannerBenefits and open enrollment, working in BSwift systems and exporting data Provide education and information to help employees make election decisions. Record elections to feed to Benefit providers. Ensure accuracy of information. Addressing Domestic Partner situations. Ensuring withholdings are correctly statedCreates and maintains all associate files; personnel and benefitsAssists with FMLA AdministrationGenerates weekly and monthly reports. Identifies and reconciles discrepanciesAssists recruiting with scheduling and screening during peak season and as neededSupports other HR initiatives and projects as neededAssists with creating offer letters, new hire packets and background checksAssists with other duties as assignedQualifications:Bachelor's degree in human resources or business-related field or equivalent experience Minimum 2 years' experience in Human ResourcesOutstanding organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detailAbility to maintain confidentiality and operate with the utmost professionalismExcellent interpersonal and strong written and verbal communications skillsExcellent time management and work ethicThe ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced, dead-driven environmentThe ability to understand clients, managers' expectations and partner with HR leads to addressing questionsProactive and self-directed and results orientedMust possess a valid driver's licenseAbility to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.Bi-lingual a plusProficient in Microsoft Office, Specifically Word and Excel.
