The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a team environment and have an opportunity to make lasting and positive changes in our Team!Job **Support plant safety metric of zero lost time injuriesCoordination of maintenance personnel & resourcesSupport project launch strategySupport and maintain equipment repair timelineProvide support for all pre-production builds requiring components and/or services from the manufacturing site.Track all work orders thru the maintenance CMMS systemDevelop & schedule P.M. & PDM orders for facilities and production equipmentReview and provide input on new equipmentSupport schedule mold changes as required by productionSupport cost savings programs for the manufacturing siteSupport OEE metric improvements for plant operationsWork with approved sub-contracted vendorsUpkeep of building, grounds, and production equipmentCoordinate training and skill improvements within the skilled tradesAdditional responsibilities as assignedTimely completion and implementation of projectsAchieve goals and objectives relating to cost, schedule and timingAchieve project expectation and requirements for all elements of PPAP, IATF 16949 and other elements relating to product launchOverall housekeeping of maintenance shop and all maintenance work areasEfficient supply and distribution of utilities including water, electricity, natural gas, compressed air and waste disposal as related to equipment installation & operation.
