Commercial Real Estate Paralegal

This position is fully onsite Monday- Friday in Downtown Miami and requires 10 years minimum of commercial real estate paralegal experience.ResponsibilitiesConduct title and survey reviews, prepare title objection letters, lease reviews, and lien searches.Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records.Support attorneys in navigating all phases, from contract negotiation to post-closing matters.Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding sensitive information.Skills10-15 years of Commercial Real estate paralegal experience is required.Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
