Our client, a national law firm, is seeking a talented Litigation Paralegal***** $85k-$105k** Miami, Charleston, SC, Atlanta, GA, Raleigh, NC, Winston Salem, NC, Baltimore, Washington DC First 90 days 100% on site and then Hybrid 3/2*** Minimum of 5 years***** 2-4 year degree and paralegal certificate (strong work experience may be substituted for education)Billable ** 1500-1600 hours**Prepare drafts of pleadings, notices, and motions under the guidance of attorneysAssist in preparing deposition notices, organizing deposition materials, exhibits, and summaries.Manage case filesManage and track discovery, preparation and service of document productionsParticipate in litigation strategy meetingsQualifications5 years of experience as a Litigation ParalegalStrong critical thinking skills and ability to handle complex legal mattersProficiency in utilizing technology and willingness to learn new softwareStrong attention to detail and a commitment to enhancing teamwork, client services, and efficiencyKnowledge of Complex Commercial Litigation
