We are looking for a long-term team player who is enthusiastic about Media as their career. Top candidates will have multi-media experience (traditional and digital), along with the following traits.Position QualificationsFour to six years of experience, specifically in mediaBased in DenverProficiency in planning and buying all forms of paid media, including digital and traditional (e.g. TV, radio, OOH, print, digital, social, streaming and non-traditional)Experience with media buying software (we use Strata/FreeWheel)Exposure to digital third-party ad trafficking (we use Campaign 360)Ability to handle tight deadlines, multiple projects at once and a fast paceStrong business writing abilitiesEnjoys collaboration and working in a strong team cultureExcellent presentation and interpersonal skillsProficient in negotiation with a keen attention to detailAbility to apply research to actionable plans and buysDeep understanding of the digital landscapeStrong analytic skills and the ability to find insights within data that translate into meaningful business insightsIn-charge presence while still being a team playerPositive attitude, especially when under pressureDesire to help shape the company and grow with usHard-worker who is career-orientedPosition ResponsibilitiesLeads all aspects of media planning and buying on a specific set of agency clientsUtilizes media research, audience insights and data analytics to create optimal media recommendationsWrites and presents media plans, then follows them through the entire media buying and implementation processResponsible for overseeing all digital traffic, analysis, reporting and optimizationManages day-to-day client relationships with a focus on customer service and pro-active consultationManages campaign budgets, billing and vendor communicationsResponsible for managing annual budgets of assigned clients and oversees reconciliation at the end of each campaignWorks closely with the accounting department on client billing and reconciliation processHelps guide support staff in research, competitive analysis and performance reportingKeeps up with latest media industry trends as well as client-related industriesContributes to agency brainstorms and new business as neededSalary/Benefits for Full Time PositionSalary range: $65,000 - $77,000Hybrid work schedule (two days in-office, three days at home)Bonus week for whole staff - office closed between Christmas and New Year'sSummer Fridays between Memorial Day and Labor DayPaid time off for vacation, personal and sick timeThree bonus paid days off as "Explore Wellness Holidays", in addition to standard National Holiday and given PTOHealth and Dental insurance offeredShort and Long Term Disability coverage401k Plan with employer contribution match529 College Savings plans with employer contribution matchSubmit resume and letter of qualifications to Mindy Gantner at mindy@
