The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence, engage our target audience, and drive business growth. We are looking for a creative and analytical marketer who is passionate about delivering results through digital channels.Key *Digital * Develop and execute an overarching digital marketing strategy that aligns with AlohaABAs business objectives.SEO and * Oversee search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) efforts to improve organic search rankings and manage paid advertising campaigns.Content * Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content across various digital platforms, including blogs, social media, and email.Social Media * Manage and grow our social media presence, creating and curating content to engage our target audience on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.Email * Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis.Analytics and * Monitor and analyze digital marketing KPIs, providing regular reports and insights to optimize performance and ROI.Budget * Manage the digital marketing budget effectively to ensure maximum ROI across various channels.Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Work on improving website user experience and conversion rates through A/B testing and other CRO strategies.Competitor * Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.****Bachelors degree in marketing, advertising, business, or related field.Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content creation.Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting tools.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, email marketing software, social media management tools).Excellent communication and project management skills.Creative thinking and the ability to identify new opportunities.Google Ads and other relevant certifications are a plus.
