Legal Assistant - Commercial Litigation (Onsite)

Permanent/Direct HireSalary Range $70-80K, DOE Onsite in Dallas, TX**Immediate need for a Legal Assistant in the Commercial Litigation space with the following skills & **3+ years of experience as a legal assistant, paralegal, or in a similar role, with a focus on commercial litigation & construction.Knowledge of legal terminology, commercial construction contracts, and litigation procedures.Proficient with legal case management software, dictation tools and transcription software, with a high level of accuracy in typing.Experience with billing and time entry in legal software systems (e.g., Clio, TimeMatters, or similar).Knowledge of billing best practices in a legal environment.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to effectively interact with clients, attorneys, and other team members.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other legal software tools.Associate's degree or equivalent work experience; Paralegal certification is a plus.About PRGWith 20+ years of success in the staffing industry, Peyton Resource Group focuses on matching talent to the precise needs of our clients.
