About the **We are seeking a results-driven Paid Media & SEO Specialist to manage and optimize all paid media campaigns and performance-driven marketing initiatives across platforms. This is a Hybrid Role although applicants in the NY Metropolitan Area or Coconut Creek, FL Area are encourage to apply.You'll be responsible for end-to-end campaign execution and analysis across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, Amazon Ads, Hubspot and more. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, hands-on, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.Key *Paid Search & * Manage campaigns on Google Ads and YouTube (PMAX, Search, Shopping, Display, Video, Smart & Dynamic Campaigns)Paid * Plan and execute campaigns across Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, Tiktok and X (Twitter)Amazon * Execute Sponsored Product, Brand, Display, and DSP campaigns using Amazon Ads, reports, manage strategies; monitor competitive threatsPerformance * Continuously analyze campaign KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CPC, ACoS, etc.), identify growth opportunities and threats, and adjust targeting, creative, and budget accordinglySEO & Website * Support SEO best practices and collaborate with web teams to optimize landing pages and drive conversionsEmail Marketing & * Manage lead nurture campaigns and email flows via HubSpot or similar platforms; segment audiences and build high-converting journeysCreative * Collaborate on creative direction for motion ads, static content, and landing pages tailored for each platformReporting & * Build weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights for stakeholdersCross-Channel * Ensure campaign consistency and integration across all digital platforms**Experience in performance marketing or paid media roles (agency or in-house)Hands-on experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Amazon AdvertisingExperience with HubSpot or similar CRM for email marketing and lead nurturingStrong analytical skills and experience working with KPIs and performance dashboardsProven ability to optimize campaigns through data-driven decision-makingKnowledge of SEO and landing page best practicesFamiliarity with Amazon DSPHealth/Wellness/DME industry experience is a plus
