You'll play a key role in maintaining compliance, supporting strategic initiatives, and strengthening client relationships.Key *Draft and review Engagement Letters and OCGsIdentify issues of concern and propose solutionsAnalyze client data, generate reports, and support decision-makingCollaborate with attorneys, management, and stakeholdersMaintain databases and escalate outstanding recordsWhat We're Looking ****3+ years of related experience in a large firm.Bachelor's degreeStrong writing, analysis, and communication skillsAttention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesKnowledge of law firm operations and client engagement processesProficiency with tools like MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and redlining software is important.
