We partner with cooperatives, municipalities, companies and tribes to deliver reliable, affordable and clean energy solutions.Position OverviewWe are seeking a creative and effective Marketing Manager to join our team, reporting to our Senior Advisor for Brand Marketing on the Commercial team. In this role, you will create formal and informal materials, messaging, and presentations to increase awareness of the Guzman Energy brand, improve our sales funnel, maintain a consistent and on-brand social media presence, and support business growth.Key Responsibilities:Sales Enablement & Commercial MaterialsCreate compelling sales collateral, presentations, and marketing materials that effectively communicate our value proposition and productsCollaborate with our business development team to understand customer needs and develop targeted content and materials that educate and ultimately drive new contracts with prospective and existing customersDevelop a campaign-approach to reaching defined prospects through a variety of appropriate marketing channels, including digital and traditional mechanisms i.e. direct mail, billboards, and sponsorshipsDesign and produce presentations for customers, industry conferences, external affairs meetings and other business development opportunitiesMaintain a consistent brand voice across all commercial materialsSocial Media & Digital PresenceDevelop and execute social media strategies that align with the company's business objectives and brand positioningCreate engaging content for LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant platformsMonitor social media analytics and adjust strategies to optimize performanceCollaborate with subject matter experts to develop thought leadership contentAssist with coordinating community engagement initiatives and stakeholder communicationsSupport the development of external communications related to new partnerships, projects, and company milestonesPrepare materials for industry events, conferences, and speaking engagementsCollaborate on content for external newsletters, industry publications, and PR initiativesAssist with ongoing updates to company website as neededCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with the Senior Advisor on brand marketing, reputation management, and public relations strategiesSupport internal communications to ensure alignment across departmentsPartner with business development, operations, and technical teams to gather accurate information for marketing materialsAssist with marketing budget planning and trackingQualifications:Required Skills & ExperienceBachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field5+ years of experience in marketing, with demonstrated success in B2B environmentsStrong portfolio demonstrating excellent design, presentation, and content creation skillsExperience with sales enablement and supporting business development teamsProficiency with design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) and presentation toolsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong project management abilities and attention to detailPreferred QualificationsExperience in the energy sector, renewable energy, or utilitiesUnderstanding of energy markets, wholesale power, and sustainability initiativesExperience with marketing automation tools and CRM systemsBackground in digital marketing and social media campaign managementPersonal AttributesCreative thinker with strong problem-solving skillsSelf-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a teamAdaptable to a fast-paced, evolving industryPassionate about renewable energy and sustainabilityDetail-oriented with excellent organizational skillsCollaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skillsWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefits packageOpportunity to contribute to the clean energy transitionCollaborative and innovative work environmentProfessional growth and development opportunitiesWork with purpose in a mission-driven organizationLocationThis role is in-person full-time at Guzman Energy's Denver CO headquarters officeGuzman Energy values and respects all employees, providing opportunities to achieve maximum performance.
