About the Company - The Collective is a North American industry leader in office space furnishings, dedicated to creating solution-oriented and inventive office spaces from a work ethic of collaboration and fun.About the Role - We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and elevate our brand across all channels. This role will be responsible for shaping and executing our overall marketing strategy, providing creative leadership, and driving measurable impact through a range of initiatives including brand positioning, digital campaigns, content development, and RFP strategy. The ideal candidate will bring at least 8 years of senior-level marketing experience, with a proven track record of coaching and developing high-performing marketing teams.ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy & Thought Leadership Develop and maintain a compelling brand strategy that aligns with company goals and valuesPosition the organization as a thought leader through strategic content and outreachLead the development of messaging frameworks and brand narratives across platformsRFP Oversight & Proposal Strategy Collaborate with internal stakeholders to craft persuasive, well-positioned RFP responsesEnsure alignment of proposal messaging with brand tone, voice, and strategyManage timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional input for efficient proposal deliveryDigital Marketing & Directed Campaigns Oversee the planning and execution of digital campaigns (email, social, SEO/SEM, etc.)Analyze performance metrics to refine campaigns and improve ROILead innovation in digital channels to drive engagement and visibilityWebsite Management Maintain a dynamic, relevant, and high-performing website presencePartner with internal teams and vendors to ensure content, UX, and design reflect brand excellenceMonitor web analytics and implement improvements based on data insightsCreative Oversight, & Cross-functional Collaboration Serve as a strategic and creative partner to the leadership team on key initiativesDrive development of compelling marketing collateral and visual identity standardsAct as the final gatekeeper for all marketing deliverables to ensure brand consistency and qualityCollaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partnersDevelop sales-specific campaigns, including presentations and visuals to support the sales teamPlan and execute events, webinars, or trade shows as neededCompetitive Intelligence & Market Positioning Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and market shiftsDevelop strategies to maintain a differentiated and leadership-oriented market positionDeliver insights and reports to the leadership team to inform business decisionsQualificationsDemonstrated success in leading and developing marketing teamsStrategic thinker with hands-on experience in campaign management, brand building, and RFPsStrong writing, storytelling, and content development skillsProficiency with CRM systems & marketing automation tools is a plusStrong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketingProficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platformsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExcellent project management, interpersonal, and leadership skillsExcellent verbal communication skillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field8+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B or B2C environmentWhat We OfferA collaborative, supportive leadership environmentA chance to shape the future of a growing, purpose-driven organizationOpportunities for strategic impact and professional growthCompetitive compensation package, commensurate with experience and qualificationsComprehensive benefits package401(k)/RRSP plan with company matchingGenerous PTO/Vacation and paid holidaysHybrid/remote work flexibilityEqual Opportunity Statement - The Collective welcomes and encourages applications from people with disabilities.
