This role reports into the Pvolve Fort Worth studio located at: 4500 Hartwood Dr #100, Fort Worth, TX 76109.Job Responsibilities:Provide the highest level of hospitality and customer service to all guestsFocus on engaging all guests, inclusive of actively selling memberships in person, over the phone, via text or via email and explaining all opportunities, class packages, retail and other product offeringComplete lead calls each shift at the direction of Management TeamHelping with retail part of the business: selling, organizing, maximizing studio spaceWork as a cohesive team with all members of the studio staff, resolve any conflicts that come up directly and swiftlyWillingness to flex in all areas with the goal of creating a best-in-class experience for all Pvolve membersEnsure the studio and overall facility always remains immaculate. Activities include cleaning bathrooms, studios, retail display, equipment, doing laundry and towel folding.Additional cleaning duties include vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sweeping as needed.Quickly and efficiently facilitate class check-inAssist Management Team in general day-to-day operations of the studio and provide timely feedback on all studio issuesActively suggest retail merchandise that matches the guests needs as well as processing retail purchasesResolve guests concerns with the highest level of customer serviceMaintain product knowledge; provide proper usage of equipment and give suggestions based on clients' goalsMandatory attendance to all staff meetings. If SA cannot attend, must follow up with Studio Manager to receive all information.Assist with Corporate team initiatives that interact with the Studio and require additional hands-on deckAlways remain open to feedback and implementing that feedback in a timely mannerReply to all emails in a timely mannerWillingness to perform all other duties as assigned by Studio Manager and any projects as needed.Remain positive in the studio and create an environment that is inviting and ideal for guests.Requirements:Prefer minimum 2-year retail or customer service experienceAbility to commit to at least three shifts in a week, including one weekend shiftSuperior communication and customer service skillsFriendly and professional phone etiquetteInitiate tasks and perform duties with confidence and without directionAbility to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentGreat organizational skills and attention to detailPassion for fitness, wellness and the Pvolve brandAbility to work a flexible schedule including early morning hours, evenings, weekends and Holidays.
