You'll be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs to meet industry standards and customer expectations, all while working in a collaborative team environment. If you're someone who thrives on attention to detail and enjoys solving complex challenges, we want to hear from you!Key ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret manuals, diagrams, and work scope for precise engine repairsAssemble and disassemble CFM56 engines and modules with high accuracyMaintain and repair engine parts and modules according to manufacturer specificationsKeep work areas and equipment clean and well-maintainedAccurately document all work performed in maintenance recordsQualificationsPowerplant license preferred, but not requiredExperience with Quantum software is a plusProficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)Must own basic aircraft maintenance tools2-5 years of experienceStrong attention to detail, goal-oriented, and capable of taking directionFlexibility to work overtime and weekends when requiredWillingness to travel (domestic and international) as neededAbility to work in a team-oriented environment and maintain a positive attitudeAuthorized to work in the U.S.Work ScheduleMonday to Friday1st Shift: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm2nd Shift: 2:15 pm - 10:15 pmPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 poundsComfortable with physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and working overheadCapable of sitting and/or standing for extended periodsReady to take off with us?Apply today to join a forward-thinking team that's shaping the future of jet engine maintenance.
