A Well-Known Boutique Investment Bank in Midtown Manhattan is seeking a new Full-Time/Permanent Executive Assistant to support the Chief Administrative Officer, who also heads of the company's conferences. Candidates must have a minimum of 3-5+ years of applicable executive administrative support experience supporting a senior-level executive and/or team (ideally within financial services, but open to industry) and a Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred, but not required. They should be extremely organized, detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and possess a client service mentality, an excellent phone manner, and strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written). This is a great opportunity to join a prestigious financial services firm in support of a really nice executive with the opportunity to take on more (i.e., assist with conference planning and ad hoc projects)!Salary depends on experience (90-120k base) plus discretionary bonus eligibility (based on company performance, but typically generous), free breakfast/lunch/gym, 401k match, comprehensive employee-contributed medical/dental/vision plans, 25 PTO days, etc.Hours are 8:30am-5:30pm, with flexibility as needed. Hybrid work schedule (4 days in office / 1 day remote).Responsibilities:Provide high-level executive administrative support to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO).Schedule and organize extensive internal and external meetings, conference/video calls, and appointments; manage and maintain a busy and ever-changing calendar.Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements and detailed itineraries.Prepare, process, and submit monthly expense reports.Screen and answer incoming phone calls with an excellent phone manner; provide client-service support.Assist with conference planning and ad hoc projects.Required Qualifications:Minimum 3-5+ years of applicable executive administrative support experience supporting a senior-level executive and/or team (ideally within financial services, but open to industry).Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, but not required.Extremely detail-oriented, proactive, and organized.Ability to "read the room."Possess a client service mentality, an excellent phone manner, and strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).Calm under pressure; good at multi-tasking.If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
