For more information visit .DescriptionNexPoint is seeking an Executive Assistant with 3+ years of relevant experience preferably supporting finance or legal senior professionals. This position will be working with our national accounts and marketing teams and requires a highly organized, motivated, and polished go-getter who will interface with both internal and external professionals at every level. Successful candidates will be conscientious and efficient with a "can do" attitude.ResponsibilitiesAbility and poise to interact on a daily basis with internal and external c-level executives as well as clients and prospective clientsPlan, coordinate, and support meetings, conferences, and property tours. Arrange travel (flights, hotels, dinners) for executives and at times clients.Coordination of media appearances, speaking engagements, and interviewsMaintain data in Salesforce CRM systemPrepare reports, email communication, and pitch booksMaintain calendaring and schedule for executivesFacilitate expense reimbursement in a timely manner for executivesGeneral office duties (i.e. filing, faxing, copying, letters, in-bound/out-bound phone calls, preparing/composing updates, supply room/kitchen stocking, ad hoc projects, etc.)Assist Administrative Team in planning and execution of firm events and other special projectsPerform other business-related duties as needed in a timely manner QualificationsMust have 3+ years of strong experience supporting executive level management preferably in the finance or legal industry Bachelor's degree required from a creditable school Service oriented, conscientious personality Strong multi-tasking, follow-through skills and a sense of urgencyFlexible, polished, professional and outgoing Ability to thrive in an independent, entrepreneurial, relatively unstructured environment Excellent organizational, communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills Must exhibit high degree of discretion as relates to safeguarding confidential information Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint Benefits & CompensationNexPoint offers a competitive base salary and bonus based on experience and performance.
