Onsite Interview Concierge

***Position requires 3 days per week onsite in Redmond client officeAs an Onsite Interview Scheduling Concierge you are responsible for administration and operational support of the interview recruitment process for our strategic client partnerships. Successful candidates will have a strong service mindset, superior communication and problem solving skills, be process driven, and have keen attention to detail.Responsibilities include:Candidate and hiring manager engagement activities during onsite interviewsInterview scheduling and meeting coordination support both for onsite interviews and video interviews being conducted at the office locationManaging logistics for candidates traveling onsite for interviews - including directions, parking and other entry logistics to the office locationsAssist with setting up laptops for presentations or exercisesQuickly pivot for any last minute challenges that may be encountered, minimizing candidate exposure to whatever extent possibleCollaborate on special projectsPosition Requirements:Basic qualifications include:High school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 2 years recruitment coordination support, meeting scheduling and administration and/or customer service experiencePreferred qualifications include:Excellent written and oral communication skillsStrong problem solving and logical reasoning skillsSolid understanding of MS Office/Google productsProven ability to work within a team environmentAbility to take direction and execute a planDetail orientation with follow-through shown in previous jobsTrack record of proven resultsAt Randstad, we love to celebrate our hardworking diverse teams demonstrated through our ongoing commitment and diversity awards, like being on the "America's Best Employers for Women 2024" and being Named 2024 Leading Disability Employer. Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate's total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s).
