The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting clients, handling inquiries, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.· Greet Clients and ** Welcome clients and visitors, ensuring they feel comfortable and directing them to the appropriate individuals.· Answer and Route * Manage incoming calls, screen them, and forward to the appropriate persons.· Schedule * Coordinate and schedule appointments for attorneys and other staff members.· Manage * Prepare and distribute legal documents and correspondence.· Maintain Reception * Keep the reception area tidy and organized.· Office Services * Coordinate office services such as catering, cleaning, and security.· File * Manage and maintain case files and record systems.· Mail * Process incoming and outgoing mail and handle deliveries.· Administrative * Perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and basic bookkeeping.· Assist with Legal * Help in the preparation of legal documents and court filings.·  Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.·  Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
