Job DescriptionMerit Brass is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to support our sales leadership team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales department and enhancing the effectiveness of our sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be a master of multitasking, with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative ***** Provide administrative support primarily to the sales leadership team.Calendar ***** Manage multiple calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.Document ***** Prepare and process sales documents, proposals, and contracts.Database ** Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.Sales * Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and reports.Customer **** Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.Event ***** Coordinate and manage logistics for sales events and meetings, including domestic and international.Performance ** Monitor and track sales performance metrics.
