Company DescriptionSite Concrete, All Types of Concrete Work Including but Not Limited to Curb and Gutter, Sidewalks, Dumpster Pads, Concrete Paving, Heavy Highway, Commercial and Residential, DOT and City work Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Site Concrete Estimator located in Wake Forest, NC. The Site Concrete Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project drawings and specifications to prepare accurate concrete estimates. Day-to-day tasks include calculating cost factors to ensure estimates reflect project requirements, coordinating with project managers and subcontractors, preparing detailed reports on the estimated costs, and managing multiple project estimates simultaneously.QualificationsKeen understanding and hands-on experience with Formwork and Ready-Mix ConcreteProficient in Heavy Equipment operations related to concrete workExperience in Flatwork and Carpentry work associated with concrete projectsStrong analytical and mathematical skillsExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentExperience in construction project estimation is a plus
