Role DescriptionThis is a part-time on-site role for a Hairstylist Lead, located in Nampa, ID. The Hairstylist Lead will be responsible for providing hair styling services including cutting, coloring, hair care treatments and extensions. This role involves maintaining a high level of customer service, managing client appointments, and ensuring a clean and professional salon environment. The Hairstylist Lead will also provide mentorship and guidance to junior stylists and assist in training new staff.QualificationsLicensed and Proficiency in Hair Styling and CosmetologyKnowledge of Hair Care and treatmentsStrong Customer Service and Communication skillsAbility to train and mentor junior hairstylistsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentRelevant certifications or licenses in cosmetologyPrevious leadership experience in a salon setting is a plusSalary varies depending on hours worked and commission or booth rent?
