Founded by a team of engineers, we're now scaling our GTM efforts and looking for a driven Lead Generation Specialist to join us on this journey.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, hybrid role based in the San Francisco Bay Area. As our Lead Generation Specialist, youll play a critical role in identifying and qualifying high-value prospects, building outbound strategies, and filling the top of the funnel for our sales pipeline. Youll work closely with our founders and sales leadership to refine our ICP and messaging.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute outbound lead generation campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other channelsIdentify and qualify prospects that align with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging and campaignsManage and enrich our CRM with accurate, up-to-date lead dataTrack and report on lead generation performance metricsConduct research on target accounts and industries to support personalization and targetingContinuously iterate on outreach strategies to improve response and conversion ratesQualifications3+ years of experience in B2B lead generation or sales developmentProven success in outbound lead generation and top-of-funnel pipeline creationStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and lead sourcing platforms (e.g., Apollo, ZoomInfo)Analytical mindset with the ability to measure, learn, and iterateSelf-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and is comfortable with ambiguityBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
