Production Manager- 1st ShiftSchedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PMWe are conducting a search for an experienced Production Manager to lead operations at a small manufacturing plant in the Fond du Lac area. Compensation & Benefits:Salary range: $110,000 - $125,000Bonus potential of annual salaryQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)Prior experience in chemical manufacturing or process industriesFamiliarity with LEAN, Six Sigma, or other process optimization methodologies (preferred)Key Responsibilities:Plan, direct, and coordinate production activities to meet cost, quality, and delivery goalsSupervise operations associates including batch makers, machine operators, material handlers, and team leadsAnalyze production schedules and data to evaluate and improve performanceCollaborate with supervisors and managers to coordinate workflows across departmentsEnforce all safety and environmental regulationsDevelop work schedules and production sequencesInspect processes, products, and equipment for quality and efficiencyPrepare and manage departmental expense and capital budgetsProvide coaching, performance feedback, and developmental planning for team membersCoordinate facility maintenance and improvement projectsWhat Success Looks Like:Meeting internal and external delivery commitmentsEnsuring processes and products comply with specifications and standardsMaintaining budgetary discipline and managing capital investment plansSupporting and developing team performance through consistent leadership and mentorshipDriving communication and collaboration across production, maintenance, and materials teams ABR Employment Services is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
