Youll play a key role in optimizing campaign performance, building data-driven reporting tools, and enhancing marketing effectiveness across channels.What Youll **Analyze marketing performance across digital, social media, email, and traditional channelsBuild and manage reports, dashboards, and presentations that highlight key performance metricsDeliver insights and recommendations to improve ROI and campaign resultsTroubleshoot and ensure accuracy across all marketing datasets and platformsCollaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to support key initiativesConduct ad hoc analysis to answer high-priority business questionsWhat Youll **3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics or performance reportingBachelors degree in Data Analytics, Applied Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related fieldProficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and database interactionExperience with marketing tools like GA4, DV360, SA360, or MarketoFamiliarity with Google Tag Manager (GTM)Strong skills in Excel for data modeling and reportingExperience with Snowflake, Jupyter Notebook, Power BI, or Looker Studio is a plusAbility to translate complex data into clear, impactful insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholdersDesired Skills and ExperienceSQL PythonGoogle Tag ManagerDetermining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individuals skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
