Trustpoint.One is pleased to be partnering with the Dallas office of an international law firm in their search for a Corporate Paralegal. We are looking for a skilled corporate paralegal with 5 years of corporate, securities and M&A experience to assist a busy deal team. The successful candidate will be able to provide assistance during transaction closings including assisting with due diligence, corporate filings, maintaining corporate records and tracking deadlines.
