Are you passionate about enhancing the performance of real estate assets through creative design and strategic project management? We're partnering with a rapidly growing real estate private equity firm based in Irvine to hire a Project Manager who will oversee high-impact renovations and improvements for multifamily properties nationwide.With $2.4B in assets under management and a contrarian approach to investing, this firm values innovation, collaboration, and high design standards. You'll be joining a tight-knit, hands-on design and asset management team driving meaningful change across their national portfolio.What You'll Be Doing:• Lead and coordinate renovations, tenant improvements, and value-add construction for multifamily assets• Partner with architects, designers, contractors, and internal teams from scope development through final inspection• Analyze bids, review drawings (MEP, architectural), and provide creative value engineering suggestions• Maintain timelines, budgets, and compliance across all phases• Conduct site visits, vendor approvals, and project punch walksWhat We're Looking For:• 5-7 years in project/construction management, interior design, or architecture• Strong exposure to multifamily or hospitality projects (retail/office a plus)• Proficiency in Excel, Yardi, Adobe, and scheduling software• Strong knowledge of construction materials, code compliance, ADA, and life safety standards• A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with great attention to detailBenefits & Highlights:• Medical, dental, vision, life & disability insurance• 401k with 100% vested company match• 16 PTO days + 11 paid holidays• Subsidized Lifetime Fitness membership• Work onsite in a beautiful Irvine officeIf you're a strategic, design-savvy construction pro ready to make your mark with a high-performing investment team "” we want to hear from you.
