Director of Property Management

Job Opportunity for a Director of Property Management - Retail Properties. This is a great position, company, and career opportunity. The company has been in business for over 40 years and is a 6 billion dollar company that has over 2000 locations and will grow significantly in the upcoming years.This position will lead a team of Managers and Lease Auditors responsible for reviewing and approving all occupancy expenses payable to landlords. Accountable for the entire lease audit function from claim identification to dispute resolution. This person will manage third-party lease audit firms and real estate tax consultant(s). They will also oversee the development and maintenance of the Property Management portion of pdSiteLink, as well as being responsible for working with internal and external auditors for SEC and SOX compliance. It will oversee a staff of close to 20 people.The company is stable as well, and the future is bright.
