Quality Control Manager (QCM) - Federal Construction | Spokane, WA** Spokane, WA (On-site)About the *Advanced Technology Construction (ATC), a growing Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), is seeking a Quality Control Manager for federal construction projects in the Spokane area. This position plays a vital role in ensuring all project work complies with strict federal quality standards.Key *Act as the on-site representative for Quality Control, ensuring compliance with contract documents and agency regulations.Implement and manage the Three-Phase QC System in accordance with USACE EM 385-1-1.Coordinate closely with the Superintendent and Site Safety & Health Officer to deliver a high-quality, safe project.Maintain QC documentation, oversee testing and inspections, and manage submittals.Interface professionally with the federal client and subcontractor teams.Minimum Qualifications (Required by Federal Client):A degree in engineering, architecture, or construction managementand5+ years of relevant QC experience,OR10+ years of QC experience on projects similar in size and scope without a degree.Experience must be in vertical or horizontal construction for federal clients such as USACE, NAVFAC, or the VA.Current USACE CQM-C Certification.U.S. Citizenship (required for access to federal project sites).Preferred **Familiarity with EM 385-1-1 safety protocols.OSHA 30 certification.Experience with Procore or RMS platforms for quality and project documentation.Prior experience on VA medical center or Corps of Engineers jobs.Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications in line with federal project standards.Why Work With ATC?We're an SDVOSB committed to delivering excellence for veterans and federal agencies.Work with a collaborative, mission-driven team on meaningful projects.Competitive pay, benefits, and the opportunity to grow with a trusted federal contractor.How to **** Send your resume and cover letter to info@.
