Every detail"”from lighting to finishes"”reflects the highest standards, and we're looking for a hands-on, proactive Building Maintenance Manager to help us maintain this exceptional environment.Position Summary:We are seeking a skilled, motivated, and reliable Building Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance operations of our high-end, 15,000+ square foot office building. This position offers significant autonomy and decision-making authority for the right candidate who takes initiative, anticipates problems before they arise, and takes pride in delivering excellence.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and perform maintenance and repair work on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, lighting, AV infrastructure, and general facilitiesMaintain all building systems to ensure they meet or exceed museum-quality standardsConduct regular inspections to detect, diagnose, and proactively resolve maintenance issuesCoordinate with outside vendors and contractors for specialized services and ensure all work meets firm standardsMaintain supply inventories and manage maintenance budgets efficientlyProvide fast and professional response to building-related issues for attorneys and staffEnsure compliance with safety and building codesReport directly to the Dallas Office Administrator and Firm leadershipRequirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial or high-end residential building maintenanceCertification or license in at least one skilled trade (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, general contracting, etc.)Strong working knowledge of building systems including automation (Control4/Lutron/Sonos a plus)Exceptional attention to detail, with a proactive mindset"”fixing issues before they breakAbility to work independently and manage tasks without daily oversightExcellent organizational and communication skillsHigh level of discretion and professionalism; ability to work around VIP guests and attorneysWhat We Offer:Competitive compensation packageHealth and wellness benefitsA respectful, professional, and team-oriented work cultureThe chance to work in a truly exceptional physical environment where your attention to quality is deeply valuedThe autonomy to work and manage a space like it's your ownHow to Apply:Qualified candidates should apply today and an immediate interview via Zoom will be scheduled.
