This position is ideal for someone who can start immediately and is comfortable with a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth transition and organization of our office space.Key *Vendor * Work closely with vendors to coordinate services and ensure timely execution of tasks.Office * Oversee the packing up of the office, ensuring all items are securely and efficiently packed.Furniture and Equipment * Manage the sale of office furniture and equipment, including listing items, negotiating prices, and coordinating pick-ups.File * Ensure the secure shredding of sensitive files and documents.Contractor * Liaise with contractors to facilitate various office-related projects and tasks.General * Perform other duties as required to support the office transition, including some lifting and organizing of office items.*Previous experience in facilities management or a related field.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting and moving office items.How to ** If you are ready to take on this dynamic role and start immediately, please submit your resume.
