Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to join our team. The role is responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns for their designated market focus areas in support of Visit Orlando's strategic plan and visitation goals. The ideal candidate will work in partnership with marketing leadership to set the strategic direction, determine creative needs, project timelines, deadlines, next steps, and results. In addition, this role will serve as the project lead to ensure collaboration and integration from supporting internal departments and external agencies. Major Areas of ResponsibilityDevelop and execute marketing campaigns, and partnership agreements, ensuring all elements are delivered according to plan having identified strategic objectives and success measures.Ensure seamless integration and cooperation across internal departments and external agencies and partners, driving cohesive and impactful marketing efforts.Fulfill media plans and manage the production of campaign creative assets, including interaction with internal departments and external agencies to traffic in a timely manner.Ensures protection of the Visit Orlando brand and serves as brand ambassador across all consumer touchpoints such as website, landing pages, e-newsletters etc. Thus, ensuring creative messaging aligns with brand strategy and market needs based on market insights and research results, and final creative assets have obtained the necessary internal and external IP approvals.Review and analyze campaign performance, providing recommendations for optimization, to ensure key performance metrics are achieved.Responsible for crafting partnership agreements; working closely with cross-functional teams to identify, negotiate, and manage the execution of key deliverables that align with Visit Orlando brand values and business objectives.Work closely with campaign and organizational partners, including member partners, theme parks, Visit Florida, airlines, and travel partners, to ensure streamlined communication and implementation of campaigns, and effective integration with various departments within Visit Orlando.Work with Marketing leadership and agency partners to develop and implement promotional programs, sweepstakes, and broadcast productions to boost marketing efforts and audience engagement.Responsible for campaign budget management, including processing media authorizations with agencies and media invoices, ensuring accuracy, as well as working with finance to maintain proper budget forecasting.Supervision of OthersNoneQualification RequirementsEducation and Experience:Bachelors degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college or university in a related discipline preferred.A minimum of 5 -10 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field.Proven experience in developing successful marketing campaigns and managing large advertising budgets.Experience with various media channels including broadcast, digital and paid social a plusComputer Skills:Intermediate or higher-level proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.Experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools.Experience with JIRA and DOMO highly munication Skills:Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, professional journals, and technical procedures.Ability to present virtually and in-person to executives and stakeholders.Multilingual is a plus not required (Spanish, Portuguese, German and/or French).Mathematical Skills:Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability, statistical inference, and basic geometry.Reasoning Ability:Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.Collaboration Skills:Superior teamwork and communication skills to work seamlessly with various departments and external partners, ensuring cohesive and impactful marketing efforts.Physical Demands:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
