This is a high-impact role that will play a critical part in growing our brand visibility and lead pipeline across various marketing platforms.What You'll **Own and execute email marketing campaigns"”internally and with key vendorsManage KPI performance, including open ratesDrive demand and lead generation campaigns across 8+ platforms, leveraging both organic and paid strategiesCraft compelling product marketing collateral including social media content and homepage featuresOversee and mentor two dedicated researchers responsible for data sourcing and campaign supportUse advanced Excel skills (e.g. VLOOKUPs, data compilation, list-building) to manage reporting and partner dataWrite and edit engaging marketing content for key studies and vendorsCollaborate on CRM strategy and execution using Soho CRMDevelop and maintain landing pages, lead funnels, and homepage marketing strategiesContribute to multimedia marketing (YouTube shows, LinkedIn Live, etc.) - while on-camera presence isn't required, media-savvy professionalism is keyWhat We're Looking **Minimum 3+ years of marketing experience within a research company or analytics based firmStrong storytelling ability - you love to bring ideas to life with wordsA creative marketing mind paired with strong attention to detail and data fluencyHigh proficiency in ExcelComfortable working with KPIs and interpreting campaign dataExperience managing or collaborating with CRM tools, ideally Soho CRMProven ability to work cross-functionally and help drive brand growthPrevious experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentWhy Join?This is a key position for our team and an exciting opportunity to step into a role with visibility and ownership.
