Clutch is looking for an experienced Senior SEM Analyst for a client of ours. **Create, implement, track, analyze, and optimize Paid Search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, other search engines, and bid management platforms (DS3, Marin, Kenshoo, InsideVault).Develop and execute successful bidding strategies and effective keyword management to achieve target acquisition goals and efficiency metrics.Assist in generating weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports for clients, identifying and troubleshooting data anomalies.Contribute to the development of test design roadmaps, quarterly planning initiatives, and the identification and implementation of business opportunities.Lead portions of weekly reporting calls for clients, communicating key metrics, goal attainment, and optimization opportunities.Provide consistent and effective support to Manager level and above on forecasting and new business opportunities.1.5+ years of directly related Search Engine Marketing (Google, Yahoo!, Bing, etc.) experience.Exceptional quantitative skills and aptitude, including advanced Excel skills.Strong enthusiasm for learning and growing within the Search Engine Marketing field.Exceptional analytical skills to measure SEM program success and identify areas for expansion.Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate clearly in person and in writing.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.Ability to connect strategic thinking with tactical execution.Proactive problem-solver with a solutions-oriented approach.Strong writing and communication skills.Open to actively seeking out and implementing feedback.Highly dependent worker with strong time management and organization skills.Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment.Strong team player with a willingness to contribute.Eager to guide and manage team members, leading by example.Supports and advocates for diversity, equity, and inclusion.Please *** Contact from Clutch employees will always come from the domain @ ONLY and we will always provide a phone number where you can contact us.
