We also have several brands that are sold into special channels via Ecommerce, Hospitality and Foodservice. Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Director located in Chino, CA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Marketing Director is REQUIRED to live in the GREATER LOS ANGELES AREA. The Director will be responsible *****E-Commerce Growth on Amazon and other DTC web sites. Brand Management to grow brands; oversee product launches, packaging and align messagingLead Development and Generation.Website Improvement; Update to reflect capabilities, and messaging, improve traffic and position as an industry leader and strategic contract manufacturing partner. Leverage and activate trade shows and LinkedIn more effectively.Leverage referral partner networks, Coordinate Marketing and Sales strategies. The role includes developing and implementing marketing plans and managing marketing budget.Qualifications Social Media marketing and Website Development experience 10 years minimum experience in building brandsDemonstrated track record of market data use.MUST HAVE CONSUMER PACKAGED GOODS EXPERIENCEExcellent leadership and team management abilitiesExceptional written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and in a hybrid work environmentBachelors degree Mandatory and MBA preferredExperience in the personal care or beauty industry is a plus
